How do I…..

purchase extra or replacement amenities key(s)?

Bring $10.00 and proof of residency to the Office

purchase a Smart Pass for my car?

Bring $6.00 and proof of residency to the Office

purchase an extra or replacement key for my Post Office box?

Call a Locksmith of Your Choice - the USPS will not longer change locks or produce keys.

get a copy of the survey of my property?

Call Collier County Records at 403-2400 ext. 5101

learn correct procedures for selling/buying or renting my property

For selling/buying, leasing/renting, call the Office 239-594-8044.

post “For Sale” items in the Post Office?

Bring your notice to the office (residents only)
Miscellaneous “for sale” postings – size 3x5

report a community emergency (maintenance or office-related) after hours?

Call IPM at 434-7447.

report a medical emergency?

Call 911.

report a crime or suspicions activity?

Call the Collier County Sheriff’s Office

report a water or electric problem?

Call Collier County Utilities or FPL 800-226-3545.

apply to make changes to my landscaping or the exterior of my home?

Fill out an ACC application (printable pdf) and submit to the office Standard Application Only.

rent the Town Center and a dance floor for a private party?

Fill out the rental application (s) ( downloads) and submit to Office.  Once the date is approved, pay required deposit(s) to Office.

request landscaping/irrigation help on common property by your home?

Fill out a maintenance request form at the Office or online (work order request )

 

sign up for official Village Walk Activities?

Fill out the sign-up sheet found in the newsletter or at the Post Office and submit with payment to the Office – or deposit in the mailbox outside the Main Office if Office is closed.

start or modify a permanent guest list for the guard gate?

Call or stop by the Town Manager's Office.

get accurate information about what is happening at Village Walk?

Attend Board meetings(3rd Thursday of each month at 7 pm at the Town Center unless otherwise announced), attend Town Hall meetings, watch Channel 96, check the website or, if there are still questions,  call the Office.

report infraction of rules and regulations?

No anonymous reports will be accepted.  Write out concise but complete details and bring to the Office.
